Welcome! I look forward to our work together. I believe that therapy is collaborative effort and my goal is to assist you in coming to satisfying resolutions to the issues you are facing. There are many ways in which to do this as counseling is not a ‘one size fits all’ process. I do however lean toward cognitive behavioral therapy integrated with humanistic philosophies. I will encourage, guide and support you as we work to bring about the changes you desire. This does not happen overnight; the prospect of change may create some anxiety at first and this is normal. But along with change can come a renewed sense of self and purpose to life. As my client, I ask you to be open to new ideas and possibilities because in doing so, you can begin the process that leads to a more satisfying and emotionally healthier life.

*Before opening her private practice in Suntree/Viera, Gail worked at the Women’s Center in Melbourne counseling adults struggling with issues including depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, domestic violence and trauma. She also co-facilitated on-going self-esteem/codependency groups.
